Warm up as above

Fighting on pistes either as free fighting session or throughout the year we run mini tournaments.

One to one lessons of 20 minutes might take place during free fighting for those who sign up.

Fencing is a sport where there are lots of pieces to the puzzle to learn at the same time. Because it is an asymmetric sport it is important to warm up properly first and develop good body awareness habits and levels of physical control; including coordination, flexibility and controlled explosiveness!

Each week the session will have a skill focus and then time to be able to put this into practise on the piste.

Private lessons for longer periods are available to be booked, and coaching support for competitions can be offered as a paid extra. Just send us an email to enquire.
